be careful what you wish for. I have just seen a fabulously situated but extremely overpriced run-down penthouse apartment. this after a year of saying to the universe and everybody else i meet that i want a small penthouse with a big view. now here it is. the ultimate in urban chicness - owning a massive view of the city from all sides - from ships coming in to the harbour on the south to the fabulous miami lights of the casino on the north..... do i give up my recently renovated and much loved little flat for the one thats going to cost me an enourmous amount of re-tiling, re-geysering, re-painting, sanding and cupboard-moving? for a space to entertain?
if there is an answer out there i would love to have it. i have made a mental offer - as one does - of 680 K and hope it might help to make a decision .....
